ABOUT NT600
The Nextack NT600 is designed with 8" high-strength carbon steel arms for easy single-handed operation, perfect for riveting in tight or hard-to-reach spaces. It comes equipped with a step drill bit, 8 interchangeable mandrels, and 80 rivnuts, providing a comprehensive solution for various projects.
HOW TO INSTALL MANDREL
- Press down the internal sleeve and screw in the mandrel.
- Release the internal sleeve to cover the mandrel.
- Screw in the nosepiece of the mandrel.
- Finish the installation and begin riveting.

WARM NOTICE
- The supplied step drill bit is suitable for workpiece thickness below 3.5mm.
- Select and install the appropriate mandrel for your project. It is recommended to practice riveting in the air before starting your project.
- The riveter stroke can be adjusted by loosening the adjusting nut or turning the outer sleeve to accommodate different sizes of rivnuts.
